Pumpkin Cheesecake 2

Ingredients

100 gr graham cracker crumbs
14 gr sugar
55 gr butter
2 packages cream cheese
150 gr sugar
1 package pumpkin
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr ginger
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr salt
2 eggs
475 ml sour cream
26 gr sugar
4 gr vanilla
12 pecan

Instructions

crust ingredients. Press into bottom of an 23 cm springform pan; chill. For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Beat in pumpkin, spices and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into crust. Bake at 180ÂșC or 50 minutes. Meanwhile, for topping, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over filling; return to the oven for 5 mintues. Cool on rack; chill overnight. Garnish each slice with a pecan half.
