Pumpkin Date Nut Bread

Ingredients

190 gr pumpkin pie filling
80 ml milk skim
1 egg
14 gr butter
3 gr salt
290 gr bread flour
85 gr flour wheat
40 gr brown sugar packed
16 gr vital wheat gluten
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr ginger
1 gr nutmeg
1 gr allspice
12 gr yeast
60 gr walnuts-coarsely
50 gr dates

Instructions

Add ingredients to the machine in the order listed with the exception of walnuts and dates. Bake on fruit and nut cycle. When addition beep sounds, add walnuts and dates. Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
