Pumpkin Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients

4 gr green apples
150 gr sugar
5 gr flour
5 ml lemon juice
3 gr cinnamon
1 unbaked
9 deep dish
2 eggs
375 gr libbys pack pumpkin
240 ml evaporated milk
28 gr butter
1 gr salt
65 gr flour
65 gr sugar
45 gr margarine
40 gr walnuts

Instructions

FOR APPLE LAYER: Toss apples with sugar, flur, lemon juice and cinnamon in medium bowl; place in pie shell FOR PUMPKIN LAYER: Combine all ingredients for pumpkin layer in medium bowl; pour over apples. Bake in preheated 190ÂșC oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with crumble topping. Return to oven; bake for 20 minutes or until custard is set.
