Pumpkin Raisin Cake

Ingredients

210 gr flour
130 gr sugar
60 ml nonfat dry milk
5 gr baking soda
2 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
10 gr pumpkin pie spice
85 gr raisins
2 egg whites
250 gr pack pumpkin
110 gr karo
80 ml orange juice fat free yogurt cream sauce
9 baking with cooking spray
350 degree oven

Instructions

Fat-Free Yogurt Cream Sauce: Line strainer with paper coffee filter or cheesecloth layers. Add 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt; set over a bowl and refrigerate 4 hours. Discard drained liquid. Combine thickened yogurt and half cup sifted confectioners sugar; stir until smooth. Makes about half cup. Each serving (without sauce) provides; 0 g total ft, 0 mg cholesterol, w 130 Calories, 3 g protein, 29 g carbohydrate, 150 mg sodium.
