700 gr chicken-like
240 gr arborio rice
1 gr powdered saffron
240 ml dry wine
3 gr sage
1 stock stirring constantly
60 gr at a time stirring constantly until absorbed until the rice is
20 gr parmesan it would
1 gram fat
