Pumpkin Spice Soup

Ingredients

475 gr pumpkin
750 ml evaporated skimmed milk
16 ml molasses
170 gr corn syrup
1 gr salt
3 gr pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a 2.5 to 3 litre mixer bowl. Beat until well blended. Refrigerate for several hours and stir before serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg for a garnish.
