Pureed Lentil Soup

Ingredients

14 gr none
2 onions
1 pepper
1,900 ml water i split lentils
6 gr salt
2 gr cumin
2 gr coriander seeds
1 gr pepper of saffron
16 gr rice
60 ml lemon juice heat oil in a saucepan

Instructions

onions and hot pepper over medium heat for 1 0 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except lemon juice, and bring to boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes. Puree; then return to saucepan and reheat. Stir in lemon juice; then serve. Try this hearty soup.
