Quiche Aux Fruits De Mer

Ingredients

1 pastry shell partially
12 gr green onions
45 gr butter
60 gr shrimp
2 madeira
32 gr swiss cheese
3 eggs
240 ml cream
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
30 ml wine

Instructions

Cook onions in butter 1 to 2 minutes. Add fish and stir 2 minutes. Add pepper a nd white wine. Raise heat and boil 1 minute. Allow to cool slightly. Beat eggs, cream and seasonings. Gradually add fish mixture. Pour egg-fish mixture into p astry shell and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 190ÂșC or 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
