Quiche-grits

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
120 gr swiss cheese
120 gr onion
1 package evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 grits
2 gr parsley
2 ml dry mustard
1 gr cayenne pepper
230 gr ham

Instructions

Sprinkle ham and cheese on bottom of unbaked crust. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese and ham in pie shell. Bake at 190ÂșC or 40-50 minutes ( until knife inserted comes out clean). Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
