Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

6 bacon
3 egg
60 gr swiss cheese
1 gr salt
30 gr onion
1 gr sugar
1 gr cayenne
1 pie shell
240 ml cream

Instructions

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of frozen pie shell. Beattogether eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour egg mixture into pie shell.

Bake in preheated 425 deg oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf. Reducetemperature to 325 deg and continue baking 20 minutes or till knifeinserted comes out clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
