Quick Coconut
Ingredients
110 gr butter
110 gr dark brown sugar
40 gr coconut
90 gr pecans
120 gr semi-sweet chocolate morsels
30 ml milk
130 gr flour
100 gr sugar
7 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
2 gr vanilla
80 ml water
1 egg
4 tbl
9 round cake
60 gr butter
Instructions
on top. If any of the topping sticks to the pan, scoop it out, and spread it on the cake. Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream, if you wish. ----
