Quick Graham Bread

Ingredients

110 gr brown sugar
130 gr flour
180 ml water
1 gr salt
95 gr melted shortening
5 gr baking soda
180 ml milk
250 gr graham flour

Instructions

Dissolve sugar in water; add shortening and milk. Sift white flour, measure, and sift with salt and baking soda. Add to first mixture. Add graham flour. Mix thoroughly. Bake in well-oiled bread pan, in moderate oven (375� F) 1 hour. 1 loaf. The Household Searchlight 1941 ----
