Quinoa Casserole

Ingredients

some broccoli
1 eden quinoa
325 ml water
16 ml eden pepper sesame oil
1 onion
1 garlic clove
6 gr curry
100 gr celery
1 tomato
3 eden shoyu
30 ml eden brown rice vinegar

Instructions

Roast rinsed Quinoa in skillet until it pops. Place Quinoa in a casserole dish and add water. Heat oil, saute onions, garlic and curry until onions are translucent. Add celery, broccoli and tomato, saute briefly and add to Quinoa. Add shoyu and brown rice vinegar. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 45 minutes.
