Raisin Nougat

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
38 gr corn sirup
60 ml water
230 ml marshmallow cream
28 gr cocoa butter
170 gr raisins
1 gr salt
1 gr lemon flavoring with
1 gr raspberry flavoring with

Instructions

-pink coloring Boil sugar, salt, sirup, and water to hard crack stage (285 140ÂșC ). Stir constantly. Remove from fire. Stir marshmallow cream in rapidly. Add cocoa butter; mix well.
