Ranch Style Chicken Fried Steak And Gravy

Ingredients

1,000 gr round steak
240 ml milk
130 gr unbleached flour
1 salt
1 milk
4 fat
10 gr unbleached flour
950 ml milk

Instructions

Tenderize round steak. Dip in milk and then flour, salt and pepper to taste. Fry in deep fat at approcimately 190ÂșC . until golden brown. After steak is done, pour off fat leaving about 4 T in pan. Add 4 T flour. Stir until smooth. Add 1 litre milk. Stir and cook until until thickened for steak gravy.
