Raspberry Fudge Balls

Ingredients

230 ml cream cheese
120 gr chocolate chips
160 gr vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 raspberry preserves
40 gr almonds

Instructions

Combine cream cheese and chocolate. Mix until well blended. Stir in crumbs and preserves. shape into 3 cm balls and roll in chopped almonds. Chill several hours. Makes 30 balls. Thank you Laurie Thelen.
