Raspberry Puree

Ingredients

10 pkgs
26 gr superfine sugar
1 kirsch
1 cherry flavoured brandy raspberries defrosted

Instructions

Rub the raspberries with the back of a large spoon through a fine sieve set over a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and kirsch, cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Recipe By : Time-Life Foods of the World Russian Cooking
