Ratatouille Bread Abm

Ingredients

45 gr summer squash
45 gr zucchini
45 gr bell peppers
45 ml olive oil
2 tomatoes
2 garlic
14 gr yeast
375 gr bread flour
40 gr wheat bran
6 gr sugar
4 gr salt
3 gr basil
180 ml water

Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 0.125 c less water. This bread makes a wonderful cold steak or grilled lamb sandwich. Tested in DAK R2D2.
