Red Beans & Rice

Ingredients

60 gr onion
50 gr celery
1 garlic clove
28 gr butter
500 gr kidney beans
240 gr rice
2 gr parsley
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Cook onion, celery, and garlic in fat until tender. Remove garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors. Calories per half cup serving: About 165
