Red Kidney Bean Burgers

Ingredients

500 gr kidney beans
60 gr onion
1/2 green pepper
1 steamed
30 ml picante salsa sauce
110 gr bread crumbs
65 gr wheat flour
3 gr salt
3 gr black pepper
1 gr chili powder

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Form into equal sized balls & flatten into patties. Bake at 230ÂșC or 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on buns with tortilla chips.
