Red-plum Spice Cake

Ingredients

1 plums
250 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
2 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr nutmeg
95 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
2 eggs well
1/2 liquid
65 gr nuts

Instructions

Sift flour and dry ingredients together. Cream shortening with sugar; add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in plums, plum liquid and nuts. Pour into cake pan approximately 7x11-inches. Bake at 190ÂșC or about 35 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat 3 ounces cream cheese, softened. Add 2 teaspoons plum liquid and 1- half cups powdered sugar.
