Red Snapper Parmigiana

Ingredients

120 gr chablis
1 gr thyme
2 gr pepper
3 garlic
50 gr snapper fillets
32 gr all purpose flour
20 gr parmesan cheese
1 gr salt
7 ml olive oil
3 ingredients in zip top plastic ba

Instructions

over medium heat until hot. Add fish and cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
