Red Velvet Pound Cake

Ingredients

375 gr unsifted flour
180 ml milk
600 gr sugar
1 bottled food coloring
140 gr shortening
7 eggs
110 gr butter
5 gr baking powder
14 gr vanilla
1 gr salt
45 gr cocoa
230 ml cream cheese
1/2 confectioners sugar
4 gr vanilla
1/2 butter

Instructions

CAKE-Cream sugar, shortening, vanilla, food coloring and eggs. Add dry ingredients and milk. Bake in large and floured tube pan for 1- half hours at 140ÂșC Turn out of pan to cool. ICING-Cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and butter.
