Red Wine Steak
Ingredients
1 sirloin steak
475 ml wine
4 gr oregano
3 gr black pepper
3 gr salt
1 gr parsley
3 gr garlic
5 ml cooking oil
170 gr mushrooms
60 gr onions
5 ml worcestershire sauce
Instructions
onions to a large casserole and cover. With remaining pan juices, prepare a gravy; pour over steak. Serve with cooked egg noodles.
