14 gr butter
8 gr caster sugar
3 gr cinnamon
1/2 sachet yeast
230 ml hand water approx
90 gr almonds
1 lime rind
75 ml single cream
2 gr vanilla essence
2 eggs
38 gr caster sugar
210 gr redcurrants stalks removed
1 icing sugar for dusting
20 cm
