Regal Carrot Cake

Ingredients

400 gr sugar
425 gr all purpose flour
5 gr baking powder
5 gr baking soda
3 gr salt
2 gr nutmeg
5 gr cinnamon
4 eggs
350 ml vegetable oil
9 gr vanilla
260 gr carrots
200 gr pecans
10 tube
325 oven

Instructions

with fingertips. Cool cake on rack for 1 hour. Remove cake from pan and frost with orange cream cheese frosting.JM.
