some salt and pepper
120 gr onion
100 gr celery
55 gr butter
475 ml chicken broth
475 ml beef broth
5 gr baking soda
32 gr cornstarch
60 ml water
1 1/2 sauerkraut
950 ml milk
250 gr swiss cheese
