Rhubarb And Raspberry Tart
Ingredients
2 rhubarb
260 gr raspberries
150 gr granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
120 ml whipping cream
1 gr vanilla
1 pie dough
10 tart
Instructions
5. Pour egg mixture over fruit and bake in preheated 200ÂșC (200C) oven for
20 to 25 minutes, or until tart batter is quite firm.
