4 slices bread 45 gr butter 100 gr sugar 2 gr cinnamon 3 rhubarb 5 gr butter 1/2 rhubarb in bottom
Instructions
of greased 20 cm baking dish. Top with half of bread cubes and half of sugar mixture. Repeat. Dot with remaining butter. Cover and bake in 190ºC oven for 20 minutes, uncover and bake 20 to 25 minutes more or till lightly browned.
