300 gr sugar 32 gr enriched flour 2 gr nutmeg 3 eggs 4 rhubarb in 1 pastry 9 lattice crust 9 gr butter
Instructions
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg. Beat into eggs. Add rhubarb. Line 23 cm pie plate with pastry; fill; dot with butter. Top with lattice crust. Bake at 400 degrees 50 to 60 minutes. Cool.
