Rhubarb Dream Bars

Ingredients

325 gr flour
550 gr sugar
130 gr butter
4 eggs
1 gr salt
4 rhubarb

Instructions

Combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter, until crumbs form. Press in bottom of jelly roll pan. Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes. Blend eggs, sugar, flour, salt. Fold in rhubarb. Spread of crust.
