Rhubarb Muffins

Ingredients

280 gr brown sugar
120 ml oil
1 egg
9 gr vanilla
240 ml buttermilk
1 1/2 rhubarb
65 gr nuts
325 gr flour
5 ml soda
5 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
1 nbsp
14 gr oleo
65 gr sugar
3 gr cinnamon

Instructions

Beat well the sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Combine dry ingredients and stir into rhubarb mixture. Fill muffin papers two third full. Combine topping ingredients and scatter over tops. Bake at 200ºC . for 20-25 mins.
