Rhubard Cake

Ingredients

1 1/2 rhubarb
325 gr brown sugar
1/2 oleo
1 egg
240 ml sour milk
4 gr vanilla
250 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
2 ml soda

Instructions

Cream sugar and oleo; add egg, salt and vanilla. Add sour milk alternately with flour and baking powder and soda which has been sifted together. Fold in rhubarb. Pour into a well greased (with oleo) pan sprinkled with brown sugar. Top with half cup of brown sugar and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 to 35 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
