Rice Kugel

Ingredients

240 ml milk
230 ml cream cheese
180 gr cottage cheese
110 gr butter
65 gr sugar
2 gr lemon peel
2 gr orange peel
4 eggs
350 gr rice
180 gr crisp rice cereal
55 gr brown sugar

Instructions

Heat milk in 2 litre saucepan; add cream cheese, cottage cheese, and quarter cup butter. Stir until smooth; cool slightly. Add sugar, orange and lemon peel; mix well. Beat eggs and stir into cream sauce. Stir in rice; pour into greased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Combine rice cereal and brown sugar; sprinkle over rice mixture. Pour remaining quarter cup melted butter over top. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 30 minutes, or until center is barely set.
