110 gr sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 onion
130 gr carrots
120 gr italian-style breadcrumbs
30 gr walnuts
34 gr sunflower kernals
32 gr sesame seeds
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
450 ml spaghetti sauce
9 loaf

Instructions
