Rice Pudding With Bourbon
Ingredients
850 ml milk
120 gr rice
3 eggs
65 gr granulated sugar
9 gr vanilla
85 gr golden seedless raisins
3 gr lemon rind
2 gr nutmeg
28 gr butter
45 gr bourbon
120 ml sweetened whipped cream
60 gr rice as directed on
Instructions
bourbon. Serve the pudding lukewarm with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
