Rice With Apple And Raisin Dressing

3 gr garlic powder
5 ml dry mustard
3 gr cayenne pepper
1 gr black pepper
60 ml vegetable oil
120 gr onions
140 gr green bell peppers
1/2 pecan
85 gr raisins
34 gr butter
180 gr rice
425 gr pork
190 gr unpeeled apples
1,900 ml saucepan
