Ricotta Cheese Poundcake
Ingredients
130 gr butter
450 gr packed brown sugar
6 eggs
9 gr vanilla extract
2 lemons
250 gr unbleached flour
250 gr wheat flour
14 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
2 gr nutmeg
425 ml milk
120 gr ricotta cheese
10 tube
Instructions
and cool the cake for at least one hour before cutting. Transfer the cake to a serving platter.
