Rigatoni Alla Carbonara

Ingredients

3 pancetta
30 gr onion
1 chile
45 gr butter
45 ml olive oil
4 eggs
40 gr parmesan cheese
1/2 pecorino
8 gr salt
1 gr salt
1 black pepper
2 gr parsley
170 gr imported italian spaghetti
2 cheeses
1 gr salt
4,700 ml water
8 gr salt

Instructions

pasta. When pasta is still slightly underdone, drain it and add it to the pan with the pancetta. Over low heat, toss thoroughly to coat the pasta with the oil and butter. Off heat, stir in the egg-cheese mixture and toss vigorously. Serve at once.
