Ripe Cucumber Catsup

Ingredients

1 pepper
400 gr sugar
3 gr cinnamon
120 gr onion
950 ml vinegar
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper

Instructions

Ripe cucumbers Pare sufficient ripe cucumbers to make 2 litre after seeds and soft centers have been removed. Add onion, pepper, and sufficient water to prevent sticking.
