Risotto-style Orzo With Tomatoes And Asiago Cheese

Ingredients

200 gr orzo
22 ml olive oil
1 onion
3 garlic
180 ml chicken stock
3 tomatoes
32 gr asiago cheese
5 gr parsley
1 black pepper
2,800 ml water to in a saucepan
4 gr salt

Instructions

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium skillet. Add onions and garlic; saut� until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in orzo, chicken stock, and tomatoes; bring to boil and simmer, stirring often until liquid is absorbed by the orzo, about 5 minutes. Stir in grated cheese and parsley. Season with half teaspoon. salt and quarter teaspoon. pepper or to taste. Serve immediately.
