Ingredients

475 ml basic chicken stock see recipe
950 ml water
10 ml olive oil
240 gr arborio rice
120 ml dry wine
4 slices smoked chicken breasts
160 gr oven tomatoes see recipe
36 gr pine nuts
140 gr brie cheese cubed
1 bunch asparagus tips only
8 gr basil
1 salt

1 combine the chicken stock
1 stir in the wine
1 at a time

Instructions

Add the chicken, tomatoes, pine nuts, Brie cheese, asparagus tips, basil, salt and pepper; mix well. Serve immediately.
