River Style Chili

Ingredients

1 bacon
1,800 gr chili beef
240 gr onion
18 gr garlic
2 gr oregano
2 gr cumin
18 gr chile powder
85 gr mushrooms
300 gr tomatoes
1,500 gr kidney beans undrained
30 ml liquid pepper sauce
475 ml water boiling
8 gr kosher salt
18 gr black pepper

Instructions

SAUTE BACON IN A SKILLET, OVER A HIGH FLAME, FOR 10 MINUTES ADD BEEF, ONIONS, A ND GARLIC HEAT AND STIR FOR 10-15 MINUTES, UNTIL BROWNED STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS SIMMER FOR 1- half TO 2- half HOURS, UNTIL THICKENED SERVE HOT
