Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

250 gr carrots
475 ml water
4 gr sugar
1 gr salt
55 gr melted butter
75 gr cornflake crumbs

Instructions

Cook carrots, sugar, salt in water until tender, drain and cool. Dip into butter and then in crumbs. Place on greased baking tray and Bake in 350 oven 10 dozen min. oven
