Rocky Road Fudge Bars
Ingredients
350 gr butter
60 gr unsweetened chocolate
600 gr sugar
130 gr flour
90 gr walnuts
10 gr baking powder
16 gr vanilla
5 eggs
400 ml cream cheese
5 gr flour
170 gr semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 marshmallow miniatures
60 ml milk
600 gr powdered sugar
130 gr flour
70 gr nuts
5 gr flour
55 gr softened butter
1 egg
65 gr nu spread over chocolate mixture
350 degree oven
Instructions
sprinkle with marshmallows, and bake 2 more minutes. TOPPING: Melt quarter c. butter, 1 square chocolate, 2 oz. cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and 1 t. vanilla until smooth. Pour over bars and swirl with a spoon. Cool and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
