Roman Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 cabbage
85 ml olive oil
1 liquamen
16 ml wine
1 gr cumin seed
1 caraway seed
1 leek

Instructions

cabbage. Mix well and serve. NOTE: This recipe may be prepared without chopping the cabbage leaves; also, with the cabbage still warm; and lastly, with 2 boiled and sliced leeks added to it.
