Rosemary Almonds

Ingredients

250 gr almonds
14 gr butter
1 gr salt
1 gr cayenne
2 gr rosemary leaves

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC (moderate). Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Drain on absorbent paper; cool. Calories per tablespoon: About 55
