Rosettes

Ingredients

2 eggs
8 gr sugar
1 gr salt
240 ml milk
130 gr flour
1 lemon extract
1 powdered sugar for sprinkling over top oil for frying
1 sugar to eggs
2 vegetable oil in a
3/4 way tp the top of the iron
1 drain over pot
1 if your rosettes are crisp the batter is too
1 practice makes perfect with these

Instructions

Sprinkle the cooled cookies with powdered sugar and store air tight. These freeze well. We once accidentally forgot a batch in the freezer for ten months. They were fine. David was thrilled.
