Round-up Beef

Ingredients

10 round
130 gr unbleached flour
1 oil to brown meat
1,200 ml water
700 ml catsup
280 gr brown sugar
300 ml wine vinegar
26 ml worcestershire sauce
5 onions
1 salt and pepper

Instructions

Dredge strips of beef in flour, salt & pepper, brown in oil. Combine water, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, and onion. Stir well, heat and pour over beef. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook covered until beef is tender about 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
