Rubio's Challah

Ingredients

2 packages dry yeast
475 ml warm water
90 gr sugar
12 gr salt
60 ml salad oil
7 eggs
900 gr flour
1 sesame seeds
500 gr flour
3 equal par

Instructions

Roll each part into a strip 38 cm long. Place 3 strips on a greased baking sheet. Braid, fastening strips at each end. Repeat with second half of dough. Beat remaining egg slightly and brush tops and sides of dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
